Our standard delivery cost is £7.00 to the UK mainland only. Ireland, the Channel Islands and parts of Scotland are not covered under this cost.
Orders over £150.00 will be delivered free of charge to UK mainland addresses only.
Some items are advertised as free delivery although less than £150.00, this is only to UK mainland addresses only.

If you order something from us and we are unable to fulfil your order with the delivery cost the website has charged we will contact you straight away and offer you a full refund or the option to pay a little more to get the goods delivered.
You can choose to collect your purchase from the shop.
We can deliver to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Scotland and the Channel Islands, please allow an extra day for items going to the bellow addresses.

Delivery will take between 1-3 working days depending on the stock availability. Due to ongoing current national and global issues deliveries have sometimes been delayed to and from suppliers, We do not always get told of these delays and do our best to keep on top of informing customers.
If you want to check an item is in stock please do so before ordering it.
Excepting the delivery
All deliveries must be signed for and cannot be left with a neighbour.
Items ordered from us with a value in excess of £250 will be marked with a label asking you too check the items fully before signing for them in good condition. If you sign for a box as undamaged and accept the goods in good condition and then find out they are damaged this may invalidate our claim with the couriers so we please ask that you take care when signing for expensive items and make sure they have travelled well. If any driver refuses to let you check your order simply sign for the box as damaged this will cover both of us in the event of a claim.
We can deliver to you place of work if this is easier.
If your item is damaged in transit you have 24 hours to let us know please. We will then raise a claim for the goods with the courier, a new item will be dispatched as quickly as we can obtain it. You may be asked to send a photograph of any damage and some couriers as part of processing a claim will ask to inspect the goods and packaging. We will keep you informed and try wherever possible to minimalize any inconvenience on your behalf. You have a duty to check your order upen receiving it to ensure it has arrived safely. We are bound by the terms and conditions outlined by the couriers. They have a strict time frame to checkany items for damage, you can always sign for the item as un-checked when taking delivery as this will help in the event of a claim. If you do not let us know about a breakage within 24 hours then this may invalidate any ability we have to make a successful claim with the couriers who delivered it.
If the box is badly damaged or looks worse for wear please either refuse deliver or make a note with the couriers. It will not have left our warehouse this way so any damage will have happened in transit.
Items are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from the date of receipt. If an item is faulty please contact us and we will arrange a redelivery. If we cannot re-supply the goods we will give you a full refund. This will include the delivery you would have been charged.
Cancellation and returning orders
If you want to cancel a delivery please do so by email as soon as possible.
If the item has already been dispatched you may still be charged a delivery fee. We will do our best to help.
Please notify us in advance of any return so we can issue an RMA and be able to correctly allocate the return on arrival. Please dont just send us items back without contacting us first. If you do they may well get lost or refused at the warehouse. Please contact us before you return anything.
If you wish to return an item which has already been delivered it must be in the original packaging and returned to us within 30 days. Please send all returns to us recorded delivery or via a courier. This will protect you in the event of a loss or late delivery. Until the item reaches us it is your responsibilty. If it does get lost or damaged you will need to make a claim for this with the couriers.
Please note any refunds for returned items will be less the carriage cost of us initially sending you the item(s).
Exempt from Return and restocking costs
Please note there are certain items that cannot be returned due to their bespoke nature (unless faulty). These include bespoke fittings and made to order fittings and all cut cable. If you are unsure please contact us in advance and we shall do our best to assist. All of the Fraser Besant Lighting collection is handmade and cannot be returned once it has been made to order.
Some of the lighting brands we sell online are imported in to the UK and will therefore result in a restocking fee should you wish to return them to us. We will of course do our best to help but when we are buying in specialist designer lighting from around the world this cannot be avoided. Some of the brands that will incur a 20% restocking fee include;
